Mr Joseph Carlino

Mr Joseph Carlino

Based in our Sydney office, Mr Carlino joined Mapletree in September 2024. He is currently serving as Head of Commercial for Australia, as well as Fund Manager for MASCOT.

Mr Carlino brings with him over 17 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Mapletree, Mr Carlino was with Dexus for 12 years in various roles within accounting, analytics and asset management across multiple asset classes including office, retail and logistics. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Major Accounting) from University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan. Mr Carlino is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia).
